HURRICANE MILTON

Update as of October 7th, 3:30PM 

51吃瓜 is actively monitoring the progress of Hurricane Milton. The following schedule modifications are in effect for the Florida campuses:

Schedule Modifications for Tuesday, October 8th

  • Didactic coursework at the Brooksville, Largo, Port Charlotte, and Tampa campuses will be conducted via distance education
  • Practicum coursework at the Brooksville, Largo, and Port Charlotte campuses are cancelled and will be rescheduled
  • Daytime practicum coursework at the Tampa campus will be conducted normally. Evening practicum coursework at the Tampa campus is cancelled and will be rescheduled.

Schedule Modifications for Wednesday, October 9th

  • Didactic coursework at the Brooksville, Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Largo, Melbourne, Naples, Port Charlotte, and Tampa campuses will be conducted via distance education
  • Practicum coursework at the Brooksville, Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Largo, Melbourne, Naples, Port Charlotte, and Tampa  campuses is cancelled and will be rescheduled

Schedule Modifications for Thursday, October 9th and Friday October 10th

  • Didactic coursework at the Brooksville, Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Largo, Melbourne, Naples, Port Charlotte, and Tampa campuses will be conducted via distance education
  • Practicum coursework at the Brooksville, Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Largo, Melbourne, Naples, Port Charlotte, and Tampa campuses is to be determined.
